Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Device
Ensure the HOVERAir drone, batteries, and all original accessories are securely packed in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and clear any personal flight data, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
